Fidenda has been selected as preferred implementation partner to implement Anaplan for the UK business, effectively replacing current excel based budgeting models with a tailored Anaplan solution. Fidenda will support Elior UK with establishing a best-in-class tool to support both top-down target setting and guidance and driver-based bottom-up budgeting at site level. Leveraging the Anaplan platform, Fidenda will guide Elior with implementing an advanced solution that offers capabilities to model specific elements unique to Elior's markets, including multiple pricing arrangements dependent on the contract terms.
